Whoever invented noodles deserves a big hug! Awesome comfort food, be it Hakka noodles, Maggi, Ramen… you name it and it is loved by the people across the globe! We have our own version (obviously!) of the Hakka Hoodles!

Ingredients-
* Spaghetti (1 packet).
* Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper thinly sliced.
* 2 big Onions thinly sliced.
* 8-9 cloves of Garlic finely chopped.
* Spring Onions finely chopped.
* Dried Herbs (Mixed herbs).
* Pasta Pizza masala.
* Basil leaves.
* Chilli flakes.
* Salt according to taste.

Method-
* Boil the spaghetti in a pan. Make sure it is completely covered in water and add some salt with few drops of oil to avoid sticking.
* Let it boil for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
* In another pan take cooking oil and add few garlic and basil leaves! Enjoy the heavenly aroma.
* Once you sauté the garlic, add onions and all the bell peppers. Keep stirring.
* Cook for 2-3 minutes on low to medium flame. Do not overcook.
* Check if the spaghetti is boiled properly. Drain out the water.
* Add the drained noodles to the pan with bell peppers. Stir properly.
* Add salt, dried herbs, chilli flakes and stir again. If you feel that noodles are sticky and then add little oil.
* If you want spicy flavour then you can add schezwan sauce to it.

I prefer using spaghetti instead of thin noodles. You can use any variety depending upon your taste. For a healthier option there are many millet, rice, whole wheat noodles are available in the market.
